Ratish Kumar Shivraman serves as the Assistant Manager – Performance & Excellence Nurse at SEHA Corporate, where he leads and oversees nursing performance, excellence, quality improvement, and professional practice initiatives across all SEHA facilities. His role is instrumental in advancing evidence-based nursing practices, strengthening clinical outcomes, and ensuring alignment with international standards, accreditation requirements, and healthcare best practices.

At the corporate level, Ratish provides strategic leadership for the Magnet Recognition Program® and Pathway to Excellence® Program across SEHA, supporting facilities in achieving and sustaining nursing excellence through robust governance, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. He also oversees nursing audit and compliance activities, nursing policy management, benchmarking programs, and performance monitoring processes to ensure the adoption of best practices and promote organizational excellence across the SEHA network.

In addition, Ratish serves as a Lead Member of the Organizing Committee for the SEHA International Nursing, Midwifery & Allied Health Conference, playing a key role in promoting nursing research, innovation, professional development, and the dissemination of best practices at both national and international levels.
Working closely with Chief Nursing Officers, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary teams, he drives strategic initiatives that enhance nursing quality, patient outcomes, workforce engagement, and accreditation readiness across SEHA facilities.

Ghada Darwish Abu-Awwad, SEHA Corporate Senior Administrative Officer and SINMAC Secretariat, is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 25 years of dedicated service in medical and nursing administration. At SEHA Headquarters, she plays a strategic role in supporting operational excellence within the Nursing & Midwifery Department. As a member of the organizing committee and Secretariat for the SEHA International Nursing and Midwifery Annual Conference (SINMAC), Ghada contributes to the coordination and execution of the event, ensuring it aligns with professional standards and organizational goals. Her expertise and commitment continue to support SEHA’s mission of delivering high-quality care.

Asma Darwish Juma Al Mesmari is an Assistant Director of Nursing at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, with over a decade of progressive clinical and leadership experience in emergency and acute care settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Sharjah and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (UAE).

Asma has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Nurse Unit Manager and Senior Charge Nurse, and actively contributes to organizational governance through her involvement in national and institutional committees. She is a recognized nurse leader, recipient of multiple excellence and leadership awards, and a board member of the Emirates Nursing Association. Florence Marzo Rimando, bringing over 25 years of dedicated service to the healthcare sector, I currently serve as an Administration Officer in the Nursing Administration Department at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. My journey in healthcare administration began on December 19, 1998, when I joined the Ministry of Health. In March 2004, I transitioned to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, where I have continued to contribute to the operational and strategic support of nursing services.

In May 2015, I earned my Master’s degree in Management, a milestone that deepened my understanding of leadership, organizational development, and healthcare operations. This academic achievement complements my extensive hands-on experience and fuels my commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.

Ms. Asma Nasser Alblooshi as the acting unit manager for the hematology / oncology II , Ms. Asma brings a wealth of experience that encompasses education, research, leadership, and clinical practice. My name is Danielle Ann Tan, and I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in the Philippines and began my career as a communications specialist. Writing, connecting with people, and capturing moments—whether through words or photography—have always been at the heart of who I am.
When I moved to the UAE to be with my family, I found myself stepping into a completely different world: the healthcare industry. It was a difficult transition at first. I felt like I was leaving behind the identity I had carefully built. But over time, through many meaningful encounters with patients and colleagues, I discovered a deeper purpose in what I do.

Iyad Abumettleq is a distinguished healthcare leader currently serving as the Senior Corporate Allied Health Officer at Abu Dhabi Healthcare Services (SEHA) since October 2020. With a wealth of experience in clinical governance, quality management, and the advancement of allied health, Iyad plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare delivery across the SEHA network.

In his position, he is responsible for designing and implementing clinical competency frameworks for allied health professionals, including those in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. His expertise encompasses the development of effective management systems, leading competency-based training initiatives, and ensuring adherence to international standards such as JCIA, CARF, and NIAHO.

Charlyn S. Nambatac is a registered nurse, specializes hemodialysis and currently serve as Senior Charge Nurse in SEHA Kidney Care. She is compassionate and dedicated dialysis nurse making impact on patients with kidney disease with over 23 years of experience. She believes that nursing is more than just a job, it is a calling.
Charlyn is committed to professional development. Her journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, followed by continuous professional development and graduated her Master of Science in Renal Nursing (MSc) degree from De Montfort University, Leicester, United Kingdom. She graduated her Masteral programme with Merit in 2017. One of her achievements was when she submitted abstract during the 47th EDTNA/ERCA International Conference in Italy and was accepted as poster presentation in 2018. She also received a Certification of Recognition as part of SEHA’s Best 100 Employees in 2015.
