Aaesha Alblooshi – MBA, BSN, DSN, GCSE . With over 17 years of experience in the nursing profession, I currently serve as the Acting Unit Manager for the Nursing Education, Training, and Development Department at SEHA Kidney Care (SKC). I also carry out the responsibilities of a Clinical Resource Nurse, leading a dedicated team focused on advancing nursing competencies and patient care standards.
My career in Nursing began in 2007, and I have worked across various healthcare settings, including acute and critical care units, within both the Ministry of Health and SEHA. Since transitioning into nursing education in 2012, I have remained passionate about empowering nurses through structured training, continuous learning, and professional development initiatives.
I actively contribute to several SEHA-level committees and play a key role in shaping educational strategies that support clinical excellence and workforce growth. With a strong foundation in clinical practice and leadership, I strive to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the nursing community.
