Afrah Al Shabbah, MSN, BScN is a dedicated Clinical Resource Nurse at Al Rahba Hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she leads critical initiatives in nursing education, quality improvement, and patient safety. She holds a Master of Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, graduating with second-class honors in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with first-class honors from Fatima College of Health Sciences in affiliation with Griffith University, Australia.

In her current role, Afrah plans, implements, and evaluates a wide range of educational programs for nurses, covering orientation, competency development, infection control, and advanced resuscitation skills. As an Basic Life Support instructor, she is committed to developing a highly skilled and prepared nursing workforce.

Afrah has served as a frontline leader during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting critical units with exceptional clinical competence and resilience.
