Afrah Al Shabbah, MSN, BScN is a dedicated Clinical Resource Nurse at Al Rahba Hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she leads critical initiatives in nursing education, quality improvement, and patient safety. She holds a Master of Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, graduating with second-class honors in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with first-class honors from Fatima College of Health Sciences in affiliation with Griffith University, Australia.

Her efforts have been recognized with awards such as the “Most Promising New Nurse” and several appreciation certificates for volunteer contributions and simulation-based education. Afrah is passionate about promoting interdisciplinary teamwork, continuous professional development, and the integration of patient-centered care principles.
