With over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and administration, Charisse T. Almarinez has built a strong career in talent acquisition, employee relations, licensing coordination, and administrative support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from Rizal Technological University (Philippines), graduating as a scholar, and has worked in diverse healthcare and corporate environments in both the UAE and the Philippines.

Currently, Charisse serves at SEHA, Corniche Hospital in Abu Dhabi, supporting the NICU Department and the Chief Nursing Officer’s Office. In these capacities, she manages complex calendars, organizes high-level meetings, coordinates departmental projects, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintains accurate records. Her ability to streamline processes and manage priorities enables leadership to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Previously, Charisse held key HR roles at Samaya Specialized Center, Reyada Home Health Care Services, and Yateem Optician, where she led recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and licensing activities. She worked closely with PRO teams, ensured compliance with labor laws, and contributed to audits by DOH, JCIA, ADHICS, and JAWDA. Her early career in the Philippines included positions at Condura, Smart Communications, and Fujitsu Ten Corporation, where she gained expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Proficient in MS Office, Oracle, SAP, Kronos, CAFM, and Salamtak, Charisse blends technical expertise with strong communication, adaptability, and integrity. She is recognized for her attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
