Dr. Snithin had initiated the standardization of the Hearing screening protocols for the School Health and general checkup as per the International accepted guidelines; provided training to nurses, supervised and evaluated competencies. Developed AHS School Hearing screening guidelines

He has actively participated in Departmental and organizational meetings, also initiated several multidisciplinary meetings on key issues regarding the Audiology service. He also successfully carried out the duties of Clinical Director of Healthy Hearing program (Special Olympics MENA games 2018) which included planning and organizing the specialty specific services provided to the Athletes, including volunteers recruitment, training and supervision, managing logistics and equipment, ensuring supplies, creating workflow, quality management, etc.

Dr. Snithin is a member of the Nursing and Allied Health Research Committee, AHS, SEHA and Clinical Director for Special Olympics Healthy Hearing program UAE and consultant for the UAE Special Olympics National Games (2018 till present).
