Florence Marzo Rimando, bringing over 25 years of dedicated service to the healthcare sector, I currently serve as an Administration Officer in the Nursing Administration Department at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. My journey in healthcare administration began on December 19, 1998, when I joined the Ministry of Health. In March 2004, I transitioned to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, where I have continued to contribute to the operational and strategic support of nursing services.

In May 2015, I earned my Master’s degree in Management, a milestone that deepened my understanding of leadership, organizational development, and healthcare operations. This academic achievement complements my extensive hands-on experience and fuels my commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong sense of purpose, resilience, and adaptability—qualities that have enabled me to support both clinical teams and administrative goals effectively.
