Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Makassed National College, Beirut) 1994, and an Executive master’s in healthcare administration (Zayed University, UAE) 2014.
I started my nursing career as an ICU staff nurse in 1994 at Makassed General Hospital, Beirut-Lebanon, and Further in the European Heart Centre in Saida City, where he specialized in open-heart surgery and intensive cardiac care.
In 2001, moved to UAE, as Qualified nurse in critical care unit and further ICU charge nurse by 2008.
By 2013, transition to continuous education, and training department team member as Clinical Resource Nurse in Nursing Development Department.
2016 Onwards, managing along with education Team, nursing development department. Deputy, education department manager and acting manager of nursing development department in Al Dhafra Hospitals.
2018-2019, lead for Approved Practice Setting APS- Intermediate recognition by DOH AD serving as program coordinator for nursing students, interns and allied health, and participating in SEHA’s SINMAC and Nursing Education Committee.
2023- 2025 Lead of Education and training, a compassionate leader and educator, continue to strengthen healthcare education, quality, patient safety, and outcomes.
Dedicated to new nursing generation, mentor future nursing professionals.
Dedicated toward developing and mentoring new joiners and national fresh graduate nursing staff, enhancing clinical cognitive skills, and leading clinical education initiatives across Al Dhafra Hospitals.
