Zainab Fadhel Lari
Corporate Case Management Senior Officer
An accomplished Emirati nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the Higher Colleges of Technology and a Master’s degree in Executive Healthcare Administration from Zayed University. She is a certified case manager by the American Institute of Health Care Professionals (AIHCP).
Zainab began her career with SEHA in 2010 at Mafraq Hospital and In 2013, she became the first Emirati to join Case Management across SEHA facilities, paving the way for national talent in this critical field. In 2016, she transitioned to SEHA Headquarters, where she played a pivotal role in numerous strategic initiatives, including:
• Emiratization in Case Management
• Nursing Recruitment
• Uniform Standardization
• Enhancing referrals from SEHA acute facility to Salma Rehabilitation Hospital for Long-Term Care
• Development of Case Management educational programs
• Optimization of Case Management processes and workflows
• Case Management KPIs and Jawda KPIs
Currently serving as the Corporate Senior Case Management Officer, Zainab leads the case management function across SEHA’s healthcare network. She is also the Organizing Committee Chair of the National Case Management Symposium, driving thought leadership, professional development, and excellence in care coordination. In addition Co-Chair of the SEHA Ihsan Committee, where she champions initiatives that promote compassionate, patient-centered care.
